The equestrian estate, said to be owned by hotelier Patrick Nesbitt, is listed for $70 million. At that price, the 27,000-square-foot residence known as Bella Vista is this week’s most expensive listing.

The Mediterranean-style mansion was once featured in a Britney Spears video. It boasts a sports bar, disco, as well as a 5,000-bottle wine cellar with a tasting room. There’s even a regulation-size polo field with a clubhouse and lounge, a helicopter hangar, a driving range with a putting green, and a 32-car garage.

Other pricey properties this week include an ornate Central Park condo, a Florida golf course estate, and a recently reduced California compound.
