Heroes, villains and victims come and go on HBO’s racy anthology series “The White Lotus,” but the one thing that remains the same after every season is the lust that the show inspires for luxury resort life—albeit without the murders and the scandal.
Now, a $47.5 million Florida mansion is offering one very wealthy buyer the chance to enjoy a five-star resort experience in the luxury of their own home, providing a wealth of hotel-worthy amenities that make the fictional “White Lotus” chain look like Motel 6.
Located in an exclusive gated community in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, the Oro Estate is a newly-constructed waterfront “masterpiece” that aims to provide its residents with the exact kind of features one might expect from a luxury hotel.
Not only that, the varied amenities are intended to cater to every hobby and interest, from wellness to wine drinking, meaning that even the discerning group of guests at “The White Lotus” would struggle to find anything to complain about.
For example, owners have the opportunity to choose their own, signature welcome music for guests who arrive at the estate via the intercostal waterway on the estate’s three docks, which can accommodate at least two yachts, one measuring 90-feet and the other measuring 70-feet.

The music of choice plays through discreet, top-of-the-line speakers that line the walk-way from the dock to the main residence, and around almost the entire property.
The estate also has its own soothing, custom aroma that is pumped into the home via the HVAC system, ensuring that every room is perfumed—a similar technique that is used in spas.
“When you come into a spa, it’s very aroma driven,” explains property creator Michael Stamm, President and CEO of Stamm Development. “So we went to a firm in Manhattan to create a custom scent that actually pumps through the HVAC system, as they do in high end resort spas.”
Beyond the property’s signature scent, Stamm notes that every element of the home has been carefully through out, including the materials used in its construction, many of which were imported from other countries in order to make it stand out even more.
“Oro is a one of a kind,” says Stamm. “Unique architecture with materials that we imported from Italy and natural stone cladding, tropical landscaping with landscape lights. The structures are made with riff-cut oak and hand crafted, custom millwork with beautiful light tones.”
Stamm is no stranger to creating a unique identity for a home, explaining that his company endeavors to turn every luxury property it develops into an exclusive brand.

This estate’s name, he notes, is the brand. In this case, “Oro”—the Spanish word for “gold”—is a nod to the home’s luxurious look and feel, as well as the home’s location on a street named after the luxury Spanish resort town, Marbella.
The beach town’s main avenue is also known as the “Golden Mile” thanks to the staggering display of wealth that can be seen from every home.
Of course Stamm and team also created the property to be the gold standard of luxury living.
Naturally the estate has its very own designer logo, with Zen circles reflected on both of the ‘O’s in Oro. You’ll see the logo throughout the home, from the fluffy towels in the wellness center to the free weights in the gym.
And that’s not just staging. The listing states that the dwelling is fully furnished by design firm Artefacto.
The estate’s tropical 1.08-acre lot contains 16,000+ square feet of indoor living space with six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. They’re spread out between four structures, including a gatehouse, or “security hut,” with 30+ cameras motion detectors and accommodations for a full-time security guard.
There’s also a detached full guest house with its own kitchen, pool, garage and outdoor showers. In addition there’s a trophy garage with a turntable for car collectors with exotic cars. All totaled, there are six enclosed garages.

They are all impressive, but it’s the main house that really takes your breath away. That residence is accessed through a resort-like walkway with waterfalls, pools, plant-covered walls and step-over streams.
From the towering glass front entrance you can see all the way through the home to the intercostal waterway in back. It’s light, bright and airy throughout. Every room has a gorgeous view.
The kitchen is spacious, with up to the minute appliances, massive double islands and a separate, double-sided dining bar. It opens up to an elegant but comfy family room.
The primary suite is also grand, with double spa-like baths and closets and floor-to-ceiling windows.
It’s not far from the home’s impressive wellness centers, which rivals those in any private residence. It includes an oversized sauna, a full gym, a massage studio and hair salon/masseuse studio—even yoga gardens with waterfalls.
Outdoors, there’s a 70-foot lap pool, multiple fire and water features, the aforementioned docks, and a mini private beach with sand, coconut palms, and hammocks stretched between them.

The property’s location is also a unique asset. It’s situated on a direct intercostal waterway that leads to the ocean in either direction, “north to the Jupiter inlet, and if you were to go south you’d reach the Palm Beach inlet,” explains Stamm. Both inlets access the ocean.
And the neighborhood is tres desirable. The Oro Estate sits in an ultra private and exclusive community of four luxury mansions, whose residents are so renowned that an NDA prohibits Stamm from naming them.
Oro graciously provides a racket sports facility for all four of them, which accommodates both pickleball and tennis, and is painted with the same colors they use at the Miami Open.
“I think it’s a house that’s going to stand the test of time from a design standpoint,” said Stamm. “Designs come and go, but this is such a classic home it allows the architecture and quality to speak for itself for a very long time.”
Well after “The White Lotus” series has run its course, as spicy as it may be.
